Introduction and Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and r2222 ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the r2222 website, mobile platform, sports betting services, live casino tables, slots, and all other products and services offered at r2222.bet.

By registering an account with r2222, accessing the platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use r2222.

1Definitions

In these Terms, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" means the r2222 website available at r2222.bet, its mobile-optimised version, and all associated services, products, tools and features offered through it.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who has registered an account with r2222 or who accesses the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player on the Platform, associated with a registered Bangladesh mobile number and password.
• "Funds" means any monetary balance held in a Player's r2222 account wallet, whether deposited by the Player or credited as a bonus.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any amount of Funds staked on any game, event or market available on the Platform, including sports betting markets, casino games and crash games.

2Eligibility to Use r2222

Access to and use of r2222 is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times. r2222 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage of the player relationship and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Players found to be under 21 will have their accounts immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled and any deposited funds returned subject to verification.
• You must be a natural person with legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.
• You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information during registration, including your full name, date of birth and a valid Bangladesh mobile number. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account suspension.
• You may hold only one r2222 account at any time. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same or a different identity — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of r2222 complies with the laws and regulations applicable in your location.

3Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of r2222 services, you must create a player account. Registration is free of charge. r2222 accepts registrations from players using valid Bangladesh mobile numbers (Grameenphone, Robi, Banglalink, Teletalk) as the primary account identifier.

Your Registration Obligations

• You must provide accurate and truthful information at registration. Any material misrepresentation — including a false date of birth — is grounds for account suspension and balance forfeiture.
• You are responsible for keeping your r2222 login credentials (mobile number and password) confidential. r2222 is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where the breach results from your failure to keep credentials secure.
• You must notify r2222 support immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party.
• r2222 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not share your account, lend it to another person or allow a third party to use your account to place bets or access your funds.

KYC Verification

r2222 is required to carry out Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing your first withdrawal. KYC may also be triggered at other times at r2222's discretion for account security purposes. You must provide the documents requested within a reasonable period. Failure to complete KYC will result in withdrawal requests being held until verification is complete.

• Acceptable KYC documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, driving licence, or any other government-issued identity document bearing your photograph, full name and date of birth.
• r2222 will store KYC documents securely and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Documents will not be shared with third parties except as required by applicable law or to prevent fraud.
• If you are unable to provide satisfactory KYC documentation, r2222 reserves the right to restrict withdrawals, suspend your account and return deposited funds after deducting any bonuses already used, as permitted by applicable law.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

r2222 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and City Bank transfer. r2222 does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals processed through these methods.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit set by r2222, though individual payment providers (bKash, Nagad, etc.) may apply their own daily transaction limits.
• Deposits are credited to your r2222 wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. r2222 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times or network outages.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account (bKash number, bank account) registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and may result in account suspension.
• r2222 reserves the right to request evidence of the payment method used for any deposit (e.g., a screenshot of a bKash transaction confirmation) as part of our fraud prevention and KYC procedures.

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 10 minutes of approval. Withdrawals to bank accounts (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank) are typically processed within 24 hours. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal can be processed. r2222 may also require additional verification for withdrawals that exceed certain thresholds, as determined by our internal risk procedures.
• r2222 reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, r2222 will notify the Player and provide an opportunity to respond before a final decision is made.

5Bonuses and Promotions

r2222 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and seasonal promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific wagering requirements stated at the time the bonus is offered. By accepting a bonus, you agree to the applicable bonus terms.

• Bonuses may only be used once per Player per promotion unless explicitly stated otherwise. Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier will be stated in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds and real money funds are tracked separately in your account wallet.
• r2222 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any promotion already actively in progress for a player will be honoured to its stated conclusion.
• Seasonal promotions around Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL and ICC tournaments are subject to their own specific terms published at the time the promotion goes live. Players are encouraged to read the full promotion terms before opting in.
• r2222 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus amounts, free spins or associated winnings that were credited in error or obtained through exploitation of a technical fault in any game or platform feature.

6Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on r2222, including sports betting, live casino, slots, baccarat, Pool Rummy and crash games. Category-specific rules may also apply and will be displayed within the relevant game or market.

• All bets placed on r2222 are final once confirmed. r2222 does not accept requests to cancel, amend or reverse confirmed bets except in cases of an obvious pricing error or a technical malfunction that demonstrably affected the outcome.
• For sports betting markets, r2222 uses real-time data feeds from verified sports data providers. In the event of a data error affecting odds, r2222 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the Player's account wallet.
• All casino games on r2222 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live casino games are operated by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi and Pragmatic Play Live, and are subject to those providers' own game rules in addition to these Terms.
• r2222 reserves the right to suspend any betting market or game at any time, including during live play, if it suspects irregular betting activity, technical issues, or if the integrity of the event or game outcome is in doubt.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to individual markets and games. These limits are displayed within the relevant market or game interface and may be updated periodically without prior notice.

7Responsible Gaming

r2222 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment. If gambling ceases to be entertaining or starts to cause financial or personal difficulties, we encourage players to make use of the tools available on the platform.

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on their accounts at any time. Limits take effect immediately and can only be decreased instantly; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time limits: Players may set maximum session time limits after which they will be automatically logged out. This tool helps players maintain awareness of time spent on the platform.
• Self-exclusion: Players who feel they need a break from gambling may request self-exclusion for a defined period (30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year or permanent). 8Prohibited Conduct

• Fraud, including use of stolen payment credentials, chargeback fraud, identity fraud or any other form of financial deception directed at r2222 or its payment processing partners.
• Money laundering or any attempt to use r2222 to conceal, transfer or legitimise proceeds of criminal activity.
• Collusion between players in live casino or poker-style games, including sharing hand information, coordinating bets to manipulate outcomes or using third-party assistance tools during live play.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, exploit odds, harvest promotional offers or otherwise interact with r2222 in a non-human manner without prior written consent from r2222.
• Any attempt to exploit software bugs, glitches or vulnerabilities in r2222 games or platform features for financial gain. Players who discover such bugs are required to report them immediately to [email protected].

9Intellectual Property

All content on the r2222 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software code, data compilations, trademarks and trade names — is the intellectual property of r2222 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, transmit, adapt or otherwise exploit any r2222 content for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of r2222. Personal, non-commercial use of the platform for the purpose of placing bets and playing games is permitted under these Terms.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, r2222 excludes all liability for losses or damages arising from your use of the platform, including:

• Financial losses resulting from gambling activity, including losses on bets placed on sports markets, casino games, crash games or any other product available on r2222.
• Interruptions to platform availability caused by scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, network outages, third-party provider failures, DDoS attacks or force majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest, pandemic or governmental action.
• Any indirect, consequential, special or punitive losses or damages, including loss of profits, loss of data or loss of goodwill, whether or not r2222 had been advised of the possibility of such loss.

11Amendments to These Terms

r2222 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, r2222 will notify registered players via their registered mobile number or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform for a minimum of 7 days prior to the change taking effect.

Your continued use of r2222 after any change to these Terms takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should cease using the platform and contact [email protected] to close your account and withdraw any remaining funds.
